Here’s a list of job opportunities for people who like paying attention to details and carve order.
1. Proofreader/Editor
- Hourly pay: $18 for proofreading. $25 for editing.
Proofreaders and editors check writing like blog posts and books for things like grammatical errors, typos, spelling mistakes, and in the case of editors, structural elements too.
So, you could put your keen eye for detail to work as a proofreader or editor.
What does it pay?
Pay for freelance editors can range from $9 to $60 an hour, with the average income at $25 an hour.
Proofreaders make anywhere from $12 to $30 an hour with the average pay being $18 an hour.

2. Data entry clerk
- Hourly pay: $13
Since data entry clerks help to organize data and information, this is the perfect gig for those who have a knack for organization. Basically, you enter data into spreadsheets, documents, and other data management systems.
If you’re looking for careers for organized introverts, being a data entry clerk could be a good option for you as many jobs are home-based.

You’ll be their personal organizer helping companies and individuals with everything from organizing offices, to creating better organizing systems for homes to helping with time management to assisting with moves and relocations.

Professional organizers make $25 an hour on average. Pay, however, can be anywhere from $15 to $62 an hour.

If you’re looking for jobs for creative organizers, then interior design work could be for you.
Interior designers work with clients to create rooms and spaces that are functional and safe and that look great as well. They are responsible for things like determining space requirements and choosing essential and decorative items, like paint colors, lighting, and flooring.
What does it pay?
Interior designers make about $25 an hour, on average, but the pay rate can be anywhere from $9 to $38 an hour.

Wedding planners help people to organize their wedding.
They are responsible for tasks like:

Logistics managers manage the supply chain of an organization. Basically, they determine how an organization should buy products, and how they should be distributed.
They are responsible for the movement, distribution and storage of supplies and materials within an organization.
Sometimes they’re called supply chain managers. It’s a broad role that requires you to have great organization skills. You’ll handle everything from processing shipments to analyzing budgets to planning routes.
What does it pay?
On average, logistics managers make $30 an hour. However, pay can be anywhere from $14 to $48 an hour.

10. Freelance writer
- Hourly pay: $23 (But many jobs pay per word)
Freelance writers create content for clients including:
- Blog posts
- Newsletters
- eBooks
- Press releases
- Product descriptions
- Articles
- And much more
If you’re looking for jobs for creative organizers, freelance writing is a good option. You’ll get to put your organization skills to good use when researching, planning, and structuring your articles, and use your creativity when it comes to the actual writing!
What does it pay?
Freelance writers earn $23 an hour on average, but pay rate can range from $12 to $56 an hour.
While some freelance positions pay hourly, a lot of them pay you per word. This can be as low as $0.005 per word or as high as $0.06 or even more than that per word.
And some clients pay you per article. How much you get depends on the article length. So it could be $10 or $300 per article for example.
