They are very critical and the interview curriculum doesn’t tell you you have to repeat the letter m and the pictures four times. It was any bogus excuse not to hire African Americans.

Hi Anna!
Thanks for the update regarding the minimum hours required, we’ve updated the post to reflect that this is not a requirement, but a preference of Vipkid. Also, we do state that the curriculum is already complete, but teachers must still review it and prepare for the class. “The company provides you with all of the teaching materials you need – including, of course, the curriculum. But, you will have to review your own lesson plan and prepare for each class.”

For example, there is no minimum requirement for hours anymore. In addition, we do not make classes, there is no planning. The curriculum is all finished and that’s what you mustn’t use to teach.
