They are a SCAM beware, they gather your information and sell lists to other online marketers – you do not need to sign up with AFG, all the opportunities they send you to are available free online if you search, all they do is refer to you external opportunities and they earn referral commissions from you joining + they sell your very personal information which gets in the hands of fraudulent telemarketers and scammers.
Stay far away from this fraud as well as APPEN, you will see lot of those junk LinkedIn job offers, they are pure scams.

Unfortunately, a lot of other countries are out also. The main reason for these sites only accepting members from a few western countries is because their advertiser’s targeted markets are located in a few western countries so it won’t make sense for them to target people elsewhere.
