I have worked for shift tomorrow now for almost a month and I have not been paid for two shifts that I have worked my app was not correctly working so therefore while I was at the store it said that I was too far away to clock in and for both my shifts that day I did not get paid I have been digging through the internet trying to find the information I need to file with the labor board to get paid in my opinion these people are scam they will get over on anyone they can to try to not pay them

shiftsmart customer service is very poor it is hard to get problems fixed when they arise because you can’t communicate with them directly it is constant issues with the app being able to clock in and out when that happens they want to give you the run around about your even though you send them your clock in and out codes they still make it difficult for you like they are trying to get out of paying you for your time worked it has a few good things going but the poor customer service and app issues is a true pain even though it is not your fault because there app is problematic they will try to penalize you for it but don’t let them
