Usually, it depends on the condition, how rare they are, whether they are special editions, include director’s cuts, etc. I just did a quick Google search and see prices ranging from $30 for one all the way up to $700. For example, on eBay, there are listings for Transformers G1 VHS F.H.E. Big Box Set Vol 1-12 Return of Optimus Prime for $599.

Mary, since you have a lot of them, I think Facebook Marketplace would be a great place to sell them. It’s easy and quick. Just snap a picture or two of each one and list them for sale. You can also try selling them in bulk if you don’t want to take the time to sell them individually. You’ll get less money that way, but it’s faster and requires less work and time. Good luck!

If you want to sell your VHS tapes for the most money, I’d first look up and see how much similar items have been sold for recently, so you have an idea how to price yours. Also, list it in few different places (Facebook Marketplace, eBay. Mercari, etc.) so you can get it in front of more potential buyers.
