I am so sorry about your father’s condition. I hope he can recover.

I am not very familiar with Onecom (besides knowing that they are a phone company in the U.K.), so I don’t know how they operate really. I was going to suggest you contact them, but it seems you already have and they weren’t helpful.

The only other thing I can think of would be to get their attention (maybe the company CEO or someone up the chain) on social media. Usually, companies respond better and are more helpful on social media sites since they don’t want bad publicity. Give it a shot. I hope it works.
