I am sorry JB. Yeah, it sucks to have to deal with things like that when you use a service like Instacart to save time but it does the opposite in your case. I hope they can fix these issues.

When Wal-Mart’s pickup & delivery service is better than yours, you know you need to re-evaluate your business model.
I’ve had nothing but problems with Instacart. Either the attendant is MIA, the order is given to someone else, or the order is not ready when they said it was.
I am busy (as we all are), which is why I use these types of services on occasion.
But, today is the LAST TIME I will use Instacart after they gave my paid order to someone else and I had to rush inside to grab what was needed during a very short window I had to shop.
