Lucinda, I am sorry you are having to deal with that. I agree, it’s not right. The only thing I can recommend is to just keep contacting them until they fix it. Make sure to keep all your emails or chat transcripts, also screenshots of your account and transaction. That way you have all the proof if you need to supply it one day.

They ignore my redeem requests, they ignore my multiple requests for some kind of help or explanation. I think they are ripping off the product companies of millions of dollars and scamming the customers. Shopkick gives cash back apps and online shopping a bad name. I called San Francisco BBB and they did a complaint. Shopkick said to try again. I have but a week has passed and I still don’t have my cash back. Shopkick malfeasances on consumers and suppliers is like a rip off and a scam all in one.
