I purchased an item and the seller recognized that since I had paid them, the item could be sold for more money so they cancelled my purchase due to an ‘issue printing the shipping label.’ Mercari support was not only slow in responding but refused to:
1. Take action against the seller.
2. Provide adequate compensation to me for the seller breaking the agreement.
3. Allow me to leave feedback about the seller.
