I would suggest that even if your phone is not new, call your carrier and ask for what kind of upgrades you may be eligible for being such a “Great Custome”. If they tell you that there is none, I would suggest that maybe the other companies would be happy to have you as a customer. I have gotten free data added and money added to get my Iphone activated at a local store. They can credit your phone account so that you can go in store to get your case.
