I sent a large box of CDs to decluttr. They received my package and it showed being ‘processed’ for over a month. I contacted them to ask when I would receive payment and they stated that since it had been over 28 days, decluttr would not provide me with a payment for my items. It’s clear that they received my items but chose not to pay me what I am owed. I would not ship your items to decluttr, just DONATE them LOCALLY instead. It will save you the time of inputting the info and carefully packing and mailing your goods. It was a bad experience for me.

In September 2021 I had an iPhone X and an iPhone 6s to sell for a client. I do such electronics sales often for clients. I chose Decluttr after seeing online recommendations for them. The process was quick and relatively easy. They sent me the label for the package and I sent the items off via UPS. Several weeks later the package shows up on the UPS website as “On the Way-Delayed”. I tried contacting UPS to find out what happened to the package only to find out that since I didn’t pay for the label I could not get any help in tracking the package. Contacted Decluttr to have them try to track down what happened to the package and they refused to do it with out the IMEI numbers of the phones. Which I don’t have because they’re not my phones and I was never told to record those numbers prior to shipping. Almost 3 months later and I’m out the money for the phones and really no recourse.

Scammers!! Sent my great condition galaxy S7Edge, phone was accepted. Agreed upon price was $52.20 (Sold 04/12/2021) Still waiting to be paid. I have sent numerous requests to be paid. I entered my bank information for direct deposit. After being told that the payment bounced back to them I requested a payment by mail and was told I could not change the payment method. All my information for direct deposit was and is accurate. Beware!!!!!!

Wow, I am vert sorry about your experience, William. That’s not good at all. What did they say when you contacted them after receiving the wrong phone?

Also, if direct contact doesn’t get you result, seems like most companies nowadays respond much better when contacted through social media. I’d try that. On social media more of their potential customers will see that and so it may force the company to take action. God luck William.

This is a bait and switch! They offered me $227 for my iPad in excellent condition which was $37 over Apple’s offer, so of course I did it. When they had received and checked out my iPad, they said it had a “green frame” and would only offer me $46, or I could receive my iPad back for no charge. I’m sure many people would have just taken the $46, but I had sent back a completely functioning iPad and NO WAY was there any “green screen.” Once I got it back, I sent it into Apple/Phobio. I received a $190 Apple gift card! Be very careful when dealing with Decluttr.

I sent them a functioning iPhone 6 Plus for them to buy. They lowballed their original offer claiming strange problems. I had them return it. The phone I got back was not the one I sent but I couldn’t prove that because it was completely dead and wouldn’t hold a charge long enough to check the IMEI number. Sent it to Apple for repair and they said the logic board was toast. So I lost a perfectly good phone because of Decluttr. Don’t trust them with your electronics.

Sent them everything with the phone the original box cord earbuds etc told me one price online when it got the offered me another price witch was an insult for a new condition iPhone told them to send it back and all I got back was the phone in a brown box never again will I do any business with Decluttr AGAIN
