Comments on: Dolly App Review: Can You Really Earn $30/Hr as a Mover? They are happy to collect “insurance premiums” from the party requesting the move, but do not pay out claims in the event of an accident.
I think dropping a wine cooler down the stairs at my home qualifies as an accident.
I have been waiting for 2 1/2 months for them to reimburse me for home damage and cooler damage.
They are a scam, and a company without integrity.

Good point J.C. !! Dolly’s website states the following regarding damages: “Each Dolly already comes with $300 worth of coverage for your item(s). If you’d like to add more coverage to a particular item, click into your Dolly Details in the app and edit your item. When adding additional coverage, simply input the declared value for each item. The first $300 worth of coverage is included in the price of your Dolly, however every $100 worth of value after that will cost an additional $1.”

And yep, just like with any gig, you gotta pay your taxes!

Thanks for reading!
