Great question, Stacey. I am not sure really what the answer is.

I know that some self-checkouts are programmed to reject it if you have any “non-permitted” products (I assume they mean Cigarettes, Alcohol and things of that nature) in your basket.

Did you have any items in your cart that could fall into that “non-permitted” category?

I had enough money still available on it. I did use my anthem OTC/ grocery benefit card first so I’m wondering if that may be the reason they wouldn’t accept the sun bucks card payment?!?

You can absolutely use EBT for Kroger delivery now. Not all stores allow it but you have to call ahead and check if yours does. But it states in the Kroger add that they do now.
