We are in North Carolina also and would love for our State to continue this wonderful way to pick up our working refrigerator and pay us $50 also. we could sure use the money too. Please let us know when this will b offered again before our refrigerator gives out. I use constantly but it old and needs to B replaced with an updated conservative way of refrigeration.

Surely will be happy to see North Carolina’s Duke Energy Progress
resume their pickup and pay $50 service as I really could use the $50 on my electric bill for summertime air conditioning!!!

Harlen, I am afraid you are misunderstanding our role here. We (MoneyPantry.com) just share information and opportunities for making and saving extra money. We are not the ones paying for recycled freezers. That is done by your local energy company. So you’ll have to find out which company it was, then contact them to find out what happened with your money.

My freezer was picked up by your business in September 2015 and we were told that the $50 would be sent to us. To date nothing has been received and three months have passed. WHY?
