Virginia, unfortunately, once they send you the gift card reward, it’s out of their hands. If the gift card has expired, I don’t think there is anything they can do since gift cards themselves are made by a separate company (like Visa for Visa gift cards).

That said, you can always shoot them an email and see if they can perhaps make an exception and send you another gift card. It wouldn’t hurt to ask. Good luck.

I would appreciate it if you could plea0se help me with a redemption problem. several months ago, I redeemed my rewards for $51.00. I had misplaced the certificate for a while when I was ill. recently I found it and I still had $5.19, remaing to be redeemed. I would like to know, since I earned this amount if it could be added to my current rewards and sent to me. I did not realize that there was an expiration date on my certificate until I went to use it Friday, 8/10/23. I thought that since I did earn the reward it would be possible to reinstate it with my newest rewards and send it to me. I was under the impression that you were adding PAY PAL to your redemption abilities, but I have not heard anymore and would like to go ahead and redeem the $36. 00 I have in my a/c plus the $5.19 that was supposed to be available on my $51.00 certificate.
