You can fill out the PS form 1093 and if you qualify, they will have to give it to you for free.

wow. You are an unbelievably narcissistic person if you believe that you are capable deciding who gets access to this program based on your feelings at the time. You should not be working at the post office. You should not have a job That’s capable of determining the outcomes of people’s lives. Mail is important. And you’re willing to shut that down because your feelings are hurt or you don’t feel good at the moment. That’s unbelievably conceited and downright evil if you ask me. You need to stop doing that or get another job. perhaps you’d be better suited at Taco Bell.
