The customer “support” is completely useless. They make it impossible to get in contact with support (who will probably leave you on ‘read’), give users little to no way to contact companies they picked up shifts for, and make it difficult to cancel shifts. It is just an absolute nightmare, which is a shame because the concept is great and I liked the jobs I was getting.

They forcibly sign you up for benefits if you don’t make an election. Every company I’ve worked for always did the opposite.
