Bettina, first off, thank you for the work you are doing.

I don’t think you actually want free food samples for your pantry. If you are feeding that many families in need, a few samples here and there won’t be enough.

I have a better suggestion. Contact your local grocery stores and farmers.

Most food banks and food pantries usually partner with local farmers and grocery stores. They have tons of fresh and non-perishable foods that by law they can’t sell so they end up throwing them away. You can stock up your food pantry by partnering with even one or two local grocery stores. You can also get fruits and vegetables from local farmers the same way.

could you please send me details on how to get free samples for my food pantry we are run on donation only and low on money to buy items we have around 40–45 families that we help and MORE asking for help we have no stores or churches in our rual area and just need some help right now any help or info you can share will be wonderful

Talking about famous brands, the samples they provide for free are out of stock within minutes. As a result, the best way to get some freebies is to claim the samples from little known brands.
